General Information to all participants of the mission trip:
This itinerary and recommendations guide will serve as an orientation for all participants.
To the Doctors, please:
Review all needed equipment, tools, and supplies.
Package or pack for air and van travel.
If possible, plan to meet with your team members the week before travel to identify equipment and supplies. Anything we do in advance makes it easier once we get there.
To everyone, please:
Review the list of personal things to bring. Check off items as you pack them.
Review the time, day, and number of flight.
Take special note of the rules by which we all agree to function. If concerns or disagreements with any one of the rules arise, please talk with T. Bob as soon as possible.
Each participant must get their own airfare (if not applying for the group fare) and travel on the same flights as Dallas Group and Houston Group. Due to our Nicaragua schedule, no one can arrive after these flights and participate.
Passport must be current to go on trip. You cannot go without a CURRENT Passport. Apply immediately for a new Passport since the process normally takes 8 weeks.
